The most interesting thing about part one of the texture project was gaining the skill of capturing textures with pictures and other items. I never thought of things through texture before. I think the picture of the wall that I took was the best because it clearly captured an evident texture and I think it looked really cool. I think the most successful collage of mine was the monochromatic one with the bark, rocks, and wall because I took a different approach to it than I did to my other collages. Also, I like how I layered the different layers and faded them to give it a cool illusion. My favorite collage is also the monochromatic one. I'm going to use plaster for the bark, I'm going to smash up flowers and crumble them together to make one part of the wall, I'm going to use clay for the rocks, and for the other part of the wall, I'm going to crumble up paper and then paint it.
